Who we are
SnapSiteUK ("we", "us") builds affordable websites for UK small businesses. For questions about this policy or your data, email hello@snapsite.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, business name (optional) and the message you send us.
- Cookies & analytics: if you consent, anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to help us improve the site.
- Server logs: standard request data (IP, user agent) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Lawful basis
We rely on consent for analytics cookies, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure, and contract when delivering a paid project.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use trusted suppliers to run the service — hosting and email delivery providers — who process data on our behalf under written agreements.
